Return & Refund Policy – VAHL Stockholm

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VAHL Stockholm sneakers. If you're not, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return window You have 14 days from the delivery of the last item in your order to request a return, for any reason. This window extends over weekends and public holidays.

Condition requirements Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Cancel before shipment You can cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled. Log in to your account at vahlstockholm.com, go to your Orders, and submit a cancellation request — or contact us at info@vahlstockholm.com.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Exchanges Need a different size? Contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a size exchange. You cover return shipping back to us.

Refunds Once we receive and approve your return, we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@vahlstockholm.com.

Damaged or incorrect items Inspect your order upon arrival. If something is wrong, contact us immediately at info@vahlstockholm.com so we can make it right.
