We want you to feel completely satisfied with your VAHL Stockholm shoes. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and secure return process. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
- You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your sneakers.
- Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging.
- Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the product price within 14 days.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Exchanges Need a different size? No problem – contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a free size exchange (you only cover the return shipping back to us).
How to Make a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at info@vahlstockholm.com with your order number.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Pack the sneakers securely in their original box and send them back to us at:

Refunds Once your return is approved, we will refund the product price to the same payment method you used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
